n 9:35 a.m. Thursday - Christy Lynn Packard, 34, of 6441 N. CR 400W, Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $1,500.
n 2:15 p.m. Thursday - Johneisha Daniel Broadnax, 21, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350.
n 4:16 p.m. Thursday - Bruce Kitson Tillman, 19, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for burglary to a permanent residence and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $16,000.
n 5:21 p.m. Thursday - Manuel Barba, 34, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
n 5:25 p.m. Thursday - Cody Lee Alexander, 22, East Point, Mich., arrested for fraud. $1,500.
n 7:27 p.m. Thursday - Raymond Harvey Schmucker, 50, of 2938 E. Longspur Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
n 7:49 p.m. Thursday - Gary Keith Ousley, 42, of 311 Church St., Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $750.
n 11:25 p.m. Thursday - Eddi V. Harmon, 27, of 420 E. Center St., Bourbon, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000.
n 11:49 p.m. Thursday - James Luther Curtis Harrell, 20, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
n 12:40 a.m. today - Adam Jones Stewart, 26, South Bend, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $300.
n 4:07 a.m. today - Leonard Robert Reese, 40, Elkhart, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing, public intoxication and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
Incidents
n 4:46 p.m. Wednesday - Jonathon Rhoads, Ind. 25, Mentone, reported the passenger side window of his vehicle was broken. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
n 6 p.m. Wednesday - A Syracuse man reported trouble with a juvenile. KCSD.
