n 9:32 p.m. Friday - Anne Maria Jacquay, 39, of 609 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for check deception and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $1,000.
n 9:55 p.m. Friday - Jeffrey Allen Tavernier, 46, of 2314 S. Lake Sharon Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $360.50.
n 11:09 p.m. Friday - Thomas Allen Stiver, 39, of 3007 Inverness Point, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and public intoxication. Bond: $750.
n 11:13 p.m. Friday - Jennifer Rene Moran, 31, of 202 S. Rowland Avenue, Leesburg, arrested for dealing marijuana. Bond: $5,000.
n 1:43 a.m. Saturday - Joseph Michael Hurley, 22, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
n 3:39 a.m. Saturday - Evan William Gerard, 24, of 9 EMS D16A Lane, Syracuse, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $550.
n 4:10 a.m. Saturday - Joshua Ray Triplett, 31, of 1688 Blue Spruce, Warsaw, arrested on three counts of failure to appear, resisting/fleeing law enforcement, failure to comply, driving while suspended and public intoxication. Bond: $26,000.
