- 10:58 a.m. Thursday - Aaron Douglas Pearson, 25, of 411 N. Dollar Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 1:23 p.m. Thursday - Joseph Michael Littlejohn, 19, of 5450 N. CR 100E, Leesburg, arrested for ephedrien restriction. Bond: $1,000.
- 3:53 p.m. Thursday - Jorge Perez, 19, of 1407 Ranch Road, Warsaw, arrested for battey: Bond: $500.
- 11:35 p.m. Thursday - Thomas Joseph Graff, 24, Wabash, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 12:30 a.m. today - Johnathon Travis Mullins, 30, of 415 S. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 12:36 a.m today - Matthew A. Evey, 22, Bryan, Ohio, arrested for burglary. Bond: $10,000.
- 2:15 a.m. today - John Anthony Schoettner, 30, of 5778 Rowland Lane, Silver Lake, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.

- 8:58 p.m. Tuesday - CR 450W, 450 north of CR 525S, Burket. Car hit embankment. Driver: Scott A. Satur Jr., South CR 600W, Silver Lake. Injury: Kami Ellis, NorthWood Drive, Nappanee, a passenger in Satur Jr.'s vehicle, complained of leg pain. Damage; $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
