Personal Injury Accidents • 3:15 Monday – Intersection of CRs North 500E and East 650N, North Webster. Vehicle ran off road and struck a tree. Driver: Brooke S. Kelly, 24, Lura Circle, Milford. Injuries: Kelly was trapped in the vehicle and airlifted for medical treatment for dislocation of lower leg/knee. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. • 5:17 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and North CR 150W, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Barbara L. Dunbar, 62, Grovertown; Taylor L. Whitaker, 40, Ind. 15, Warsaw. Injures: Whitaker complained of chest pain and Dunbar complained of back pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. • 2:59 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Prairie and Buffalo streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Nicholas R. Colquitt, 16, EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg; Cristy L. Gano, 35, West CR 1300S, Silver Lake. Injuries: Gano complained of neck pain and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital.
