Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 6:26 a.m. today – East Armstrong Road, 2,000 feet west of North CR 200W, Leesburg. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Carl D. Sewell, 37, EMS T15 Lane, Leesburg.
