n 2:39 p.m. Monday - Angela Green, 37, Culver, arrested for check deception. Bond: $225.
n 3:36 p.m. Monday - Matthew Brandon Haag, 20, of 1803 N. VIcky Lane, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.
n 8:44 p.m. Monday - Billy Joe Butler, 40, Mishawaka, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.

n 9:55 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of Packerton Road and CR 200S, Winona Lake. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Cayla S. Cummins, 16, North Bay Drive, Warsaw; Jose J. Mendoza, 46, South McKinley Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Cummins complained of chest pain; Mendoza suffered a chest bruise. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
