• 9:44 a.m. Tuesday - Christopher Lee Conley, 29, of 18 Henderson Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony theft. No bond set.
• 2:12 p.m. Tuesday - Justin Mason Stoddard, 20, of 1692 12th Road, Bourbon, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $2,000.

• 4:50 p.m. Tuesday - Franklin Dean Hibshman Jr., 18, of 44 EMS B6A Lane, Leesburg, arrested for theft/receiving stolen property. Bond: $2,000.
• 5:33 p.m. Tuesday - William Keith Jenkins, 18, of 104 S. Franklin St., Sidney, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.
• 7:05 p.m. Tuesday - Amanda Gay Nine, 46, of 3236 Cassarona, Warsaw, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $1,000.
• 10:49 p.m. Tuesday - Joseph Edward Banks, 42, of 225 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
• 11:14 p.m. Tuesday - Tyson Terrill McKay, 28, Roann, arrested for robbery while armed. Bond: $100,000.
• 12:11 a.m. today - Dana Ray Mullet, 49, Goshen, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
