Winn, 50, of 436S Columbia Street, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. Bond: $450. n 11:09 a.m. Friday – Amanda M. Cooper, 32, Rochester, arrested on a warrant for another agency. No bond set. n 12:57 p.m. Friday – Dale M. Jackson, 30, of 4087 N. Sullivan Road, Leesburg, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator, resisting law enforcement with force or deadly weapon/vehicle/injury, resisting law enforcement - fleeing after ordered to stop and possession of controlled substance - schedule I, II narcotic. Bond: $5,000. n 1:08 p.m. Friday – George F. Sparks, 39, of 6988 W. CR 1400N, SIlver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 to .14 percent. Bond: $1,500. n 3:56 p.m. Friday – Kevin D. Frantz, 51, of 3943 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested on a warrant for operating while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of at least .08 with serious bodliy injury and a prior conviction. No bond set. n 4:10 p.m. Friday – David L. Marshall, 47, of 415 W. Pike Street, Warsaw, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,000.
