n 9:31 a.m. Wednesday - Leslie Ann Patrick, 30, of 805 S. Walnut St., North Webster, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $350.

n 12:37 p.m. Wednesday - Charles Lynn Renschler, 31, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for forgery-checks. Bond: $5,000.

n 1:10 p.m. Wednesday - Wilburn Ronald Spicer, 33, of 7784 N. CR 200W, North Manchester, arrested for burglary to a permanent residence and parole violation. Bond: $100,000.

n 3:50 p.m. Wednesday - Chase N. Smith, 18, of 5133 Dovewood Trail, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.

n 5 p.m. Wednesday - Richard Raymond Holbrook, 35, of 1202 E. Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

n 5:38 p.m. Wednesday - Juan D. Sierra-Agguirre, 22, South Bend, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.

n 6 a.m. Saturday - CR 900N, 1,500 feet west of CR 200E, Warsaw. Car hit mailbox. Driver: Richard L. Stengel Jr., 33, Goshen. Damage: Less than $1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

n 12:09 p.m. Tuesday - Ind. 25W, 65 feet east of TInkey Road, Mentone. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Paul A. Onstott, 67, Center Street, Burket; Harold Reffitt, 73, CR 900S, Rochester. Damage: Less than $1,000. KCSD.

n 11:56 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Washington Street and Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Pickup hit parked car registered to Lesa K. Jefferson, Washington Street, Warsaw. Driver: Linda M. Blair, 48, Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

n 2:54 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Jalynn Street and Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Laura C. Lenox, 18, Indiana Street, Pierceton; Sherri L. Wright, 46, Leigh Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

Incidents

n Saturday - Melinda S. Pitts, Hilltop Lane, Silver Lake, reported her daughter was bit by the family's pit bull. The child had two bites on her face and one on her hand. The child was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital then transferred to Parkview Hospital for treatment of her injuries. KCSD.

n 7:31 a.m. Wednesday - Donna Faye Utter, Colfax Street, Warsaw, reported tires cut on two vehicles at her residence. WPD.

n 7:59 p.m. Wednesday - Steve Smale, Bayview Drive, Warsaw, reported damage to a well cap and yard ornament and two tires were slashed on a vehicle. WPD.

n 10:33 a.m. Wednesday - Douglas Calhoun, North Bay Drive, Warsaw, reported a mischief to his residence. WPD.

n 7:52 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of the Alternative Learning Center, Warsaw, reported a juvenile student threatened another juvenile student. WPD.

n 8:30 p.m. Wednesday - A Claypool man reported receiving threatening text messages. KCSD.
