The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:36 p.m. Friday - Hayle Nichole Doty, 18, of 309 S. Henry St., Milford, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $2,000
• 1:53 p.m. Friday - Melissa Dawn Potter, 32, of 240 EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $350.
• 2:13 p.m. Friday - Stephanie Marie Grossman, 20, of 10081 Ind. 14E, Akron, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $2,000.
• 2:17 p.m. Friday - Joseph Benjamin Williams, 29, of 2119 Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $750.
• 2:56 p.m. Friday - Kerry Edward Fribley, 22m of 752 S. Bunting Lane, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,000.
• 5:14 p.m. Friday - Sherry Lynn Durflinger, 24, of 9828 N. American Way, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
• 5:49 p.m. Friday - Lonnie William Sawvel, 58, of 39 EMS B6B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
• 7 p.m. Friday - Michael James Timmreck, 30, of 1517 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
