• 4:48 p.m. Wednesday - Adam Douglas Kitchens, 18, of 100 Chestnut Avenue, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of legends or precursors. Bond: $2,000.
• 10:32 a.m. Thursday - Ashley Renee Sinclair, 20, of 11515 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,000.
• 12:25 p.m. Thursday - Marie Ashleigh Lowery, 22, of 314 Rattington Court, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:06 p.m. Thursday - Mario Antonio Garcia, 29, of 3672 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $750.
• 4:02 p.m. Thursday - Christopher Lee Conley, 29, of 18 Henderson Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $221.50.
• 7:27 p.m. Thursday - Douglas Dale Schuler, 48, of 203 Plum St., Leesburg, arrested for being a habitual traffic offender. Bond: $5,000.
• 9:02 p.m. Thursday - Brent Allen Sabin, 25, of 8237 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
• 1:31 a.m. today - Marlon Joe Tidwell, 40, Elkhart, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $25,000.
• 1:56 a.m. today - Joshua Bryan Puckett, 23, of 604 W. Pike St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $650.

• 4:55 p.m. Thursday - Country Club Road, 2,600 feet south of CR 450S, Warsaw. Car lost tire and slid off road. Driver: Cynthia J. Shaw, 45, Fairmount. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
• 11:18 a.m. Thursday - Main Street, 50 feet east of Washington Street, Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to the Department of Administration, Indianapolis. Driver: Cheryl L. Wise, 38, Columbia Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:21 a.m. today - U.S. 30W, 1,000 feet west of Springhill Road, Warsaw. Truck hit deer. Driver: John E. Maxwell Jr., 42, Bolivar, Ohio. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 7:35 a.m. Thursday - David Allen Everly, Center Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of a plasma television from his residence. Value: $1,610. WPD.
• 7:16 p.m. Thursday - Henry G. Slater, Indiana Street, Warsaw, reported a break-in to his residence and the theft of a video game system from his residence. Value: $400. WPD.
