Personal Injury Accident • 10:29 a.m. Monday – Intersection of South Detroit Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Vehicle rolled over. Driver: Timothy L. Joy, 53, North CR 200W, Warsaw. Injuries: Joy complained of chest pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
