Personal Injury Accidents n 7:05 a.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and EMS B6 Lane, North Webster. Vehicle struck embankment. Driver: Donna M. Holubek, 63, EMS B27 Lane, Pierceton. Injuries: Holubek suffered a cut to her forehead and complained of chest pain. She was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for evaluation. Damages: $2,500-$5,000. Koscuisko County Sheriff's Department investigated.

Aguirre, 54, Center Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD. n 11:08 a.m. Thursday – Lake City Highway, 450 feet east of Old 30, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Adam M. Craft, 22, CR 650S, Pierceton; Jeffery D. Creech, 48, Fort Wayne; Amy E. Stouder, 32, Main St., Sidney. Damages: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
