• 8:07 a.m. Sunday - Victor Daniel Ceballos, 31, of 5219 E. CR 500N, Leesburg, arrested for being a habitual felony offender. Bond: $10,000.

• 5:53 p.m. March 15 - Robert D. Cole, CR 600S, Warsaw, reported the theft of three guns, a 32-inch LCD flat screen television, television, video recorder, camera, tri-pod, amplifier and a bank bag with a checkbook, checks and gift certificates. KCSD.

• 5:56 p.m. March 16 - Matthew A. Hayes, Crossville, Tenn., reported the theft of a 27-inch television, two 19-inch televisions with built-in DVD players, two DVD players, an in-car DVD player, a toy car, assorted children's toys, food, three scooters, two bicycles and a router from a residence at Highland Place in Warsaw.
