Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child and criminal recklessness. No bond set. • 1:37 p.m. Tuesday – Mickey L. Mosher, 64, of 422 Kinney Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $500. • 5:44 p.m. Tuesday – Larry Ellis Konkle, 49, of 1108 Fisher Ave., Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set. • 5:45 p.m. Tuesday – Steven Lee Barnett, 20, of 520 Chinworth Court, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and theft. Bond: $600. • 4:47 a.m. today – Tyler Dane Sheetz, 30, of 10582 N. Steffen Drive, Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. Bond: $5,250. • 4:53 a.m. today – Cherish Renee Heckaman, 31, of 3069 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation, possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,250
Personal Injury Accident • 10:50 p.m. Tuesday – South Ind. 25, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Brittney Stump, 28, North Franklin Street, Mentone; Kyle D. Banghart, 29, South CR 700W, Claypool. Injuries: Stump complained of arm pain. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
