The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 3:11 p.m. Friday - Heather Jo Brickey, 26, Fort Wayne, arrested for theft/shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.
• 4:15 p.m. Friday - Marvel Spears, 47, Minneapolis, Minn., arrested for failure to appear. No bond.
• 5:10 p.m. Friday - Amy K. Fahrnow, 38, of 72826 CR 29, Syracuse, arrested for theft/shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.
• 5:42 p.m. Friday - Christopher Allen Taylor, 27, of 9874 Old 30E, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000
Incidents
• 8:30 p.m. Thursday - Jeff A. Hale, North Johnson Street, Warsaw, reported a problem getting the title for a vehicle purchased from an individual. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
