Bond: $2,450. • 9:58 p.m. Monday – Rene Rodriguez, 29, of 908 Oak Brook Place, Warsaw, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600. • 11:13 p.m. Thursday – Zachery Scott Eyer, 29, of 5722 E. CR 1000S, Claypool, arrested for disorderly conduct – noise. Personal Injury Accident • 4:25 a.m. today – Intersection of West CR 1350N and North CR 500W, Nappanee. Vehicle ran off road. Driver: Wendell J. Miller, 19, North CR 750W, Nappanee.
