Bond: $300. n 7:53 p.m. Thursday – William Danny Reffitt, 57, of 1342 Gable Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated per se and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or more than .15. Bond: $550. n 8:26 p.m. Thursday – Lonny D. Hodges, 42, of 4450 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, arrested for possession of chemical reagents/precursors to manufacturing. Bond: $5,000. n 9:14 p.m. Thursday – Brett M. Surfus, 43, Fort Wayne, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency. No bond set. Personal Injury Accident n 8:10 a.m. Thursday – West Ind. 25, 1,000 feet east of South CR 1300W, Mentone. Driver lost control of vehicle, hit a snow pile and rolled the vehicle on its side. Driver: Teresa S. Long, 56, Argos. Injuries: Long was extracted from the vehicle and transported to a Plymouth hospital, complaining of pain in her lower leg. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

Furney, 30, North Highland Place, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD. n 8:48 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Winona Avenue and Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: William J. Frush, 53, West CR 300S, Warsaw; Angela N. Stukkie, 22, Lakeland Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 2:15 a.m. today – East CR 200N, 500 feet west of North Boeing Road, Warsaw. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: John M. Croy, 27, East CR 300N, Warsaw.
