• 10:43 a.m. Thursday – Heather Alexis Ross, 27, Mishawaka, arrested on First Street, Milford, for operating a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 12:42 p.m. Thursday – Adam Ray Lindley, 23, of 6663 W. CR 500S, Mentone, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 6:13 p.m. Thursday – Jason Lee Finch, 46, address redacted, arrested for a probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:44 p.m. Thursday – Melanie May Conley, 23, of 1204 W. Main St., North Manchester, arrested for a community corrections violation. No bond.
• 7:45 p.m. Thursday – Patrick Lee Waggoner, 34, of 503 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested at his home for possession of methamphetamine and two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $568.50.
Personal Injury Accident
• 11:12 a.m. Thursday – East Sheridan Street, 220 feet east of North Lindberg Street, Warsaw. Vehicle struck a curb, left the roadway, and struck a street sign and a utility pole. Driver: Stephanie A. Tillman, 31, East Pine Drive, Warsaw. Tillman was treated at the scene for chest pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Property Damage Accidents
• 4:25 a.m. Tuesday – East CR 300N at Foreman Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Raeann E. McCarthy, 20, North Harrison Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,001-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Office investigated.
• 4:27 p.m. Wednesday – Ind. 13 at Market Street, North Manchester. Vehicles collided in intersection. Drivers: Rovjot Kaur, 16, and Michael L. Slavkin, 46, both of North Manchester. Kaur was cited for an expired vehicle registration and driving with a learner’s permit without a licensed driver. No damage estimate. North Manchester Police Department investigated.
Incidents
• 10 a.m. Tuesday – An investigation into possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish was made in the 100 block of Tiger Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:55 p.m. Wednesday – A domestic battery report was taken in the 1400 block of North Market Street, North Manchester NMPD.
• 7:21 p.m. Wednesday – A person was arrested for driving while suspended in the 600 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
