• 3:33 p.m. Monday – Cody Doyle Hensley, 25, of 3757 N. CR 900W, Cromwell, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child younger than 16. Bond: $1,000.
• 4:21 p.m. Monday – Ashley L. Hall, 30, of 407 Wildwood Drive, Syracuse, arrested for check deception. Bond: $500.
• 6:45 p.m. Monday – Steven Brent Robinson, 61, of 915 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for battery with a deadly weapon. Bond: $4,000.
• 1:49 a.m. today – Kenneth James Bentele, 49, Bon Aqua, Tenn., arrested for check deception. Bond: $7,500.
Personal Injury Accidents
• 3:38 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Detroit Street and West CR 300N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Dana K. Frost, 20, 15th Street, Auburn; Carlos R. Camacho, 54, Front Street, Syracuse. Injuries: Camacho complained of pain throughout his entire body. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:21 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Center and Lindburg streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Alicia K. Jones, 31, Eisenhower Street, Mentone; Lewis D. Reiff III, 48, Wiley Avenue, Bluffton. Injuries: Reiff complained of neck pain and his passenger, Julia A. Reiff, 39, same address, complained of neck pain. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. WPD.

• 3:54 a.m. Monday – Intersection of East CR 450N and EMS C29 Lane, Warsaw. Driver was intoxicated and vehicle hit utility pole and a parked vehicle. Driver: John P. Bird, 21, East CR 510N, Warsaw. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 6:21 a.m. Monday – Intersection of County Farm Road and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Laura L. Grow, 55, County Farm Road, Claypool. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
• 7:11 a.m. Monday – Intersection of CRs South 700E and East 750S, Pierceton. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Jerry P. Gruver, 55, South CR 700E, Pierceton. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
• 10 a.m. Monday – Intersection of West CR 600N and Ind. 15, Leesburg. Vehicle ran off road and hit fence. Driver: Amar B. Awale, 38, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
• 1:37 p.m. Monday – Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Vehicle backed into another vehicle. Drivers: James D. Truex, 83, North CR 700W, Warsaw; Janet H. Trowbridge, 75, Ind. 331, Bourbon. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 10:46 a.m. Monday – A Warsaw woman in the 300 block of Levi Lee Road reported a vehicle she loaned to someone had not been returned. KCSD.
• 8:11 p.m. Monday – A Warsaw woman reported an invasion of privacy in the 1900 block of Sand Castle Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
