Personal Injury Accident n 5:54 p.m. Friday – North Park-Schram Road, 2,500 feet south of West CR 100N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Craig A. Thomas, 32, North Park-Schram Road, Warsaw; Silas D. Chapman, 28, West CR 100S, Warsaw. Injuries: Thomas’s passenger, Ellie Thomas, 3, same address, received a scratch to the face from the child restraint. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
