• 9:06 p.m. Wednesday - Tommy Lee Burns, 18, of 430 W. Fifth St., Rochester, arrested for visiting a common nuisance and possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000.
• 9:11 p.m. Wednesday - Nathan Roy Lecount, 20, of 7307 W. Lutes Drive, Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000.
• 9:59 p.m. Wednesday - Jeremy Paul Mitchell, 20, of 1435 Vancroft St., Rochester, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, driving while suspended, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $2,000.
• 11:25 p.m. Wednesday - James Henry Barr, 26, Albion, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
• 11:36 p.m. Wednesday - Matthew Deloss Scott, 20, of 400 W. Valley View Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.
• 2:43 a.m. today - Anthony Paul Gomez, 34, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:25 a.m. today - Brian C. Wilmere, 38, of 223 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
