Wood, 33, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; Robert D. Barkes, 88, Jenny Lane, Warsaw. Injuries: Wood complained of head pain and Barkes complained of chest pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 5:15 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of East CR 450N and North CR 300E, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Penelope I. Shapiro, 45, East Autumn Trail, Warsaw; Dustin S. Jansma, 23, North CR 450E, Leesburg. Injuries: Jansma was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital to be treated for neck pain.
