• 9:46 a.m. Tuesday - Alfredo Jose Castro, 38, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.
• 2:55 p.m. Tuesday - Colin Harker, aka Collin Harker, 36, Albion, arrested for felony non-support. Bond: $22,834.41.
• 4:07 p.m. Tuesday - Donna Mooney, 54, Albion, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000.
• 4:16 p.m. Tuesday - Jeffery Scott Linder, 46, of 401 Argonne Road, Warsaw, arrested for dealing marijuana. Bond: $2,000.
• 6:01 p.m. Tuesday - Heather Nicole Lewis, 26, of 305 E. Main St., Pierceton, arrested for theft/shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.
• 7:55 p.m. Tuesday - Benny Dean Fitzpatrick, 21, of 1021 S. CR 675W, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and driving while suspended. Bond: $10,000.

Injury: A passenger in Foreman's car, Tara A. Frush, 26, Brookfield Circle, Warsaw, complained of back pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
