n 12:01 a.m. today - Brian Frank Taylor, 40, of 521 McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of check deception. No bond set.
n 5:59 a.m. today - Aaron Kinser Brubaker, 26, of 312 S. Detroit St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $500.

n 12:15 p.m. Wednesday - Jacob Cullison, High Street, Etna Green, reported the unauthorized use of a debit account. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
n 12:43 a.m. today - Salvador Menchacha, Anchorage Road, Warsaw, reported a window and dashboard broken in his vehicle and the theft of a CD player, speakers, and 45 to 50 CDs.WPD.
