- 6:24 p.m. Thursday - Micky Charles O'Neill, 46, of 4005 Whitestar Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.

- 6:49 p.m. Thursday - Jason Robert Halfacre, 33, of 544 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $1,000.
- 7:59 p.m. Thursday - Jose Luis Gutierez, 27, of 3762 W. Old 30, Lot 62, Warsaw, arrested for fraud. Bond;:$50,000.
- 9:32 p.m. Thursday - Brett Andrew Burroughs, Bremen, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.
- 11:11 p.m. Thursday - Morgan N. Williams, 20, of 451 E. CR 700N, Leesburg, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
-12:06 a.m. today - Natalie Jean Duff, 27, of 1832 Sue Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450.
- 12:50 a.m. today - Luther Junio Gant, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond; $300.
- 1:10 a.m. today - Brian Lee Shepherd, 27, of 743 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. No bond set.

- 10 a.m. Thursday - CR 1250N, 2,000 feet east of CR 300W, Nappanee. SUV went off road. Driver: Austin S. Meerzo, 19, West Emeline Street, Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
Incident
- 9:52 a.m. Tuesday - Kathy Foreman, West CR 250S, Warsaw, reported the theft of a car stereo and CDs from her vehicle. Value: $620. KCSD.
