n 9:34 a.m. Tuesday - Trenton Leroy Funderburk, 35, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 10:06 a.m. Tuesday - Maria Cuahizo, 18, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.
n 10:45 a.m. Tuesday - Mitchell Dean Green, 22, of 1017 Elm St., Rochester, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.
n 5:17 p.m. Tuesday - Charles Laustin Kreider, 19, of 3723 S. CR 350E, Warsaw, arrested for check deception. Bond: $300.
n 6:10 p.m. Tuesday - Shelia D. Wilson, 39, of 106 S. Maple St., North Manchester, arrested for fraud. Bond: $2,000.
n 6:59 p.m. Tuesday - Amber Harty, 22, of 1306 Oriole Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
