n 5:50 p.m. Monday - David Michael Skaggs, 43, of 9849 Fourth of July, Syracuse, arrested for theft - shoplifting. Bond: $2,000.
n 5:58 p.m. Monday - Joshua Talbot Peace, 36, of 9875 Lincoln Road, Syracuse, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.
n 6:36 p.m. Monday - Amy Elizabeth Harty, aka Amy Elizabeth Poe, 36, of 2441 E. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for ephedrine restriction. Bond: $1,000.
n 9:21 p.m. Monday - Hugo Castillo, 21, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $305.
n 12:40 a.m. today - Gregory Scott McKinney, 46, of 8280 E. US 30, Pierceton, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. No bond set.
n 4:24 a.m. today - Marco Antonio Jiminez, 29, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $750.

Injuries: Sanchez complained of head pain, and a passenger in her car, Alpha A. Mejia, 13, Roosevelt Street, Warsaw, complained of neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
