Corlys Lane, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated per se and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior arrest. Bond: $750. n 3:16 a.m. Friday – William F. Enyart, 26, Rochester, arrested for possesion of marijuana more than 30 grams or prior arrest. Bond: $2,000. n 4:29 a.m. Friday – Joseph A. Hettinger, 33, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for battery and two counts of intimidation with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,000.
Personal Injury Accident n 4:42 a.m. Friday – Ind. 15, 600 feet north of Plum Street, Leesburg. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Angela M. Frost, 40, CR 425W, Claypool; Kristopher M. Freed, 30, Nappanee Street, Nappanee. Injuries: Freed sustained a severe laceration to the right side of his scalp and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: $10,000-$20,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
