Blackburn, 29, North Parker Street, Warsaw; Jack C. Volkers, 69, Fairlane Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Colette Blackburn, 10, Colter Blackburn, 6, and Brixen Blackburn, 6, passengers in Brittany Blackburn’s vehicle, all complained of chest pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000.
