Bond: $10,250. • 12:17 p.m. Monday – Jose Angel Pinto, 20, Portage, Mich., arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond: $350. • 6:35 p.m. Monday – Lonnie Allen Burns, 43, of 9053 N. Old 15, Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $267. • 12:55 a.m. today – Cody William Obacz, 22, of 310 E. Madison St., North Webster, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency and possession of narcotics. Bond: $5,250. • 2:19 a.m. today – Lisa Marie Klinge, 33, of 208 W. Fifth St., Milford, arrested for forgery, possession of a precursor, possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a syringe for drug use. Bond: $5,250.
