• 11:53 p.m. Sunday - Kristina Marie Baldridge, 37, of 409 S. Main St., Syracuse, arrested on two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:49 a.m. Monday - Carlos Martinez, 29, of 503 W. Center St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.
• 2:02 a.m. Monday - Stephen Lawrence Strain, 60, of 407 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.
• 2:55 a.m. Monday - Donald E. Black, 52, of 710 W. Brooklyn St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:06 a.m. Sunday - West CR 200N, 2,000 feet east of North CR 500W, Warsaw. Car went into ditch. Driver: Chase D. McGillem, 16, Chinworth Court, Warsaw. Injury: McGillem had a head abrasion. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 1:19 a.m. Monday - North CR 500E, 2,000 feet south of East CR 1100N, Syracuse. Pickup hit tree. Driver: Donald E. Black, 52, West Brooklyn Street, Syracuse. Injury: Passenger Sharon S.
