n 1:51 p.m. Friday - Martha Allen Conley, 45, of 702 E. Market St., Nappanee, arrested on an ephedrin restriction. Bond: $1,000.

Metz Jr., 33, Walnut Road, Walkerton. Metz complained of elbow and lower arm pain. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
