• 1:29 a.m. Saturday - Garth Kyler Hursey, 41, of 1220 Windsor Way, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and public intoxication. Bond: $450.
• 2:42 a.m. Saturday - Ryan Lee Wood, 33, of 2104 S. Julian Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
