Personal Injury Accidents • 2:20 a.m. Monday – Barbee Road, Warsaw. Driver was allegedly intoxicated and collided with a parked trailer. Driver: Daniel Shepherd, 42, Main Street, Columbia City. Injuries: Passenger Justin H. Helblig, 21, EMS B5 Lane, Leesburg, complained of chest pain and was transported to Parkview-Whitley Hospital. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. • 9:28 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Armstrong Road and North CR 475E, North Webster. Driver lost control of vehicle and struck a utility pole. Driver: Michael P. Wunder, North CR 650E, Pierceton. Injuries: Wunder complained of back pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
