n 12:13 a.m. today - Michael Wayne Buskirk, 20, Saucier, Miss., arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $100,000.
n 12:21 a.m. today - William Robert Scarbeary, aka Billy, 38, of 210 E. Chicago St., Syracuse, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $750.

Green, 17, Walnut Creek Boulevard, Warsaw; Maxxwell P. Sell, 18, Springfield Drive, Warsaw. Injury: A passenger in Green's vehicle, Claudia I.
