n 12:35 p.m. Tuesday - Brenda Sue Harding, 52, of 2960 East Joshua Drive, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. No bond set.
n 2:58 p.m. Tuesday - Dennis Dwayne Vandiver, 35, of 856 Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
n 8:43 p.m. Tuesday - Elaine Fay Smith, aka Elaine Fay Stump, 29, of 81 EMS R3 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear, criminal conversion, probation violation. Bond: $1,000.
