County Jail Bookings

The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 6:19 a.m. Wednesday - Justin Riley West, 27, of 618 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 7:09 a.m. Wednesday - Justin Riley West, 27, of 618 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 9:48 a.m. Wednesday - Terry Jean Howard, 42, of 4569 W. CR 1000N, Milford, arrested for invasion of privacy and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:35 p.m. Wednesday - Richard William Milton, 47, Plymouth, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 9 p.m. Wednesday - Justin Ray Wadkins, 34, of 310 N. High St., #5, Silver Lake, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 2:14 a.m. today - Derek Eugene Adkins, 19, of 1711 W. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 8:04 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 13 and Esterbrook Drive, North Webster. Two-car collision. Drivers: Anna M. Carter, 60, Niles, Mich.; Laurie A. Hathaway, 51, East CR 300N, Warsaw. Injuries: Carter complained of neck pain; Hathaway complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 7:20 p.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 13, 1,000 feet south of East CR 850N, Syracuse. SUV left road and rolled onto its side. Driver: John D. Vanlue, 64, East Northshore Drive, Syracuse. Injury: Vanlue complained of neck pain and was checked and released at the scene by medics. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.







Property Damage Accident

• 6 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Roosevelt and East Fort Wayne streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Bonnie J. Stevens, 75, East CR 300N, Warsaw; Brett A. Shaske, 58, Elkhart. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Incidents

• 1:51 p.m. Monday - An employee with the Kosciusko County Clerk’s Office reported receiving a counterfeit bill in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 1:24 p.m. Wednesday - A suspicious package was reported in the 100 block of North Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:54 p.m. Wednesday - A runaway juvenile was reported in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
