- 6:04 p.m. Wednesday - Richard Wayne Martin, 36, of 3686 E. CR 1300N, Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. Bond: $550.
- 8:08 p.m. Wednesday - Christopher W. Musselman, 39, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
- 8:28 p.m. Wednesday - George Prater, 25, of 6777 Main St., Rochester, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
- 9:50 p.m. Wednesday - Allan Duane Abbott, 35, New Haven, arrested for failure to comply. Bond: $165.
- 10:29 p.m. Wednesday - Cassandra Elizabeth Cantell, 29, of 12043 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $300.
- 11:20 p.m. Wednesday - Michele Renee Veach, 44, of 725 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 2 a.m. today - Wendy Michelle Steller, 38, of 603 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 2:38 a.m. today - Tasha Marie Prater, 24, of 4117 Heron Boulevard, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $450.
- 2:40 a.m. today - Joseph Amanuel Hettinger, 28, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $2,000.

- 7:30 p.m. Saturday - CR 900S, 1,000 feet north of CR 700E, Sidney. Car hit deer. Driver: Rhonda R. Lively, 39, South CR 600E, Claypool. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.
- 7:35 p.m. Saturday - Pierceton Road, 700 feet east of CR 400E, Winona Lake. Two-car collision. Drivers: Mitchell D. Fandt, 18, East Pierceton Road, Warsaw; Jason L. Slusher, 19, South CR 175E, Pierceton. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
