- 10:22 a.m. Tuesday - Sean Michael Rhodes, 22, of 53 N. Cheyenne Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25,000.
- 12:54 p.m. Tuesday - Mark Richard Utter, 29, of 5838 N. CR 675E, Rochester, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $413.
- 1:12 p.m. Tuesday - Kristie Estep, 21, of 5838 N. CR 675E, Rochester, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:22 p.m. Tuesday - Lance Edward Orr, 45, Muncie, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.
- 2:22 p.m Tuesday - Charles Laustin Kreider, 18, of 206 S. Clay St., Claypool, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 3:21 p.m. Tuesday - Janice Fry, 34, Columbia City, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000.
- 3:59 p.m. Tuesday - George Dennis Schue, 55, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $525.
- 4:25 p.m. Tuesday - Victor Manuel Lopez, 33, of 1130 Michaels St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
-5:28 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Allen Ebbinghouse, 41, of 5998 S. CR 900W, South Whitley, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
- 5:45 p.m. Tuesday - Andrew Steven Secor, 21, of 70 EMS R3E Lane, Pierceton, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $350.
- 6:26 p.m. Tuesday - Shawnee Green, 37, of 1115 EMS W30 Lane, North Webster, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. Bond: $1,800.

- 7:08 a.m. Tuesday - CR 700N, 125 feet west of Harper Road, Leesburg. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Casandra Ratliff, 18, Shore Lane, Syracuse. Injuries: Ratliff complained of back pain; Jennifer Warren, 18, North Harrison Street, Syracuse, a passenger in Ratliff's vehicle, complained of neck pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
