CR 900S, Silver Lake, arrested for driving while suspended and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $750. • 5:08 p.m. Monday – Raymond William Grevenstuk, 20, of 9677 N. Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000. • 5:09 p.m. Monday – Avery Marshall Straub, 22, Columbia City, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550. • 8:52 p.m. Monday – Melissa Anna Collins, 38, of 1919 N. Vicky Lane, Warsaw, arrested for check deception. Bond: $750. • 2:24 a.m. Tuesday – Rachel Lynne Stevens, 20, South Bend, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of meth and possession of cocaine. Bond: $2,000.
Personal Injury Accident • 3:03 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Center and Hickory streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Vincent C. Marino, 19, Graceland Avenue, Claypool; Melinda D. Wells, 28, West CR 100N, Warsaw. Injuries: Marino and his passenger, Tony V. Fountain, 20, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw, complained of chest pain; Wells complained of knee and lower leg pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
