Driver: Phillip J. Armey, 43, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw; Thomas D. Smotheran, 37, Detroit. Injuries: Armey suffered bleeding to the face. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
