- 12:45 p.m. Thursday - Joshua Talbot Peace, 34, Millersburg, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 2:28 p.m. Thursday - Deric J. Miller, 20, Camby, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
- 4:05 p.m. Thursday - Kevin Michael Adams, 22, Muncie, arrested on an out-of-county warrant. No bond set.
- 9:23 p.m. Thursday - Roger Allen Fitzpatrick, 29, of 6216 S. CR 200W, Claypool, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 1:41 a.m. today - Curtis Jay Michael, 31, of 411.5 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for attempted burglary and possession of narcotics. Bond: $2,000.
- 1:42 a.m. today - Tyler Matthew Beery, 19, of 8169 N. CR 620E, Syracuse, arrested for attempted burglary, driving while intoxicated and possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $2,000.
- 2:13 a.m. today - Joshua Allen Kern, 19, of 107.5 Carrol St., Syracuse, arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $300.

- 9:50 a.m. Tuesday - U.S. 30W, 2,500 feet west of CR 350W, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jordan M. Nubes, 21, Woodlawn; Lisa M. Potts, 20, Lakeview Boulevard, Warsaw. Injuries: Nubes complained of back pain; Potts complained of knee pain; Kimber D. Hoffman, 37, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Nubes' vehicle, complained of neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
- 10:57 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of Ind. 15N and Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Truck-car collision. Drivers: Douglas H. Burt, 58, Vandalia, Ohio; Larita L. Mason, 49, Blue Spruce Drive, Warsaw. Injuries Mason complained of neck pain; Deanna Bussard, 50, East CR 400S, Pierceton, a passenger in Mason's vehicle, complained of neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
