• 10:43 p.m. Wednesday - Michael David Mench, 40, of 2492 S. CR 400W, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 and strangulation. Bond: $6,000.

• 4:37 a.m. Thursday - Luis Fernando Mendez, 23, Sturgis, Mich., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $1,500.
