Harkless Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear – misdemeanor. No bond set. • 2:48 a.m. Wednesday – Dale Eugene Shepherd Jr., 31, Walkerton, arrested for possession of methamphetamines, possession of precursors and manufacturing meth. Bond: $10,250.

Hall, 27, East Center Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated. • 8:03 p.m. Tuesday – Kings Highway, 50 feet west of 5th Street, Winona Lake. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Joanna A. Taylor, 20, South Hawthorne Court, Winona Lake; Linda A. Pritchard, 58, Kings Highway, Winona Lake. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated. • 4:22 a.m. Wednesday – East CR 500N, 600 feet east of North Sullivan Road, North Webster. Vehicle hit deer. Driver: Clayton N.
