Third St., Pierceton, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $350. • 6:35 p.m. Friday – Rachelle Dale Dickey, 24, Columbia City, arrested for aiding, inducing, causing a misdemeanor. Bagot, 54, East Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated. • 8:09 a.m. Friday – 330 feet south of South Ind. 25 and Rozella Road, Warsaw. Vehicle slid off road and hit NIPSCO pole. Driver: John C.
