- 1:09 a.m. Saturday - Nathan Jay Ries, 27, of 5754 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $10,000.
- 1:43 a.m. Saturday - Justin Todd Scarberry, 20, 2304 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated, possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor and failure to appear. Bond: $550.
- 7:12 a.m. Saturday - Aaron Robert Marshall, 24, of 8556 W. CR 600S, Claypool, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
- 4:52 p.m. Saturday - Brandon Charles Carpenter, 20, of 126 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $10,000.
- 11:27 p.m. Saturday - Curtis P. Longenbaugh, 25, of 300 N. Main St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 12:39 a.m. Sunday - Jared Dale Miller, 18, Bremen, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,000.
- 12:42 a.m. Sunday - Myron Dale Miller, 20, Bremen, arrested for burglary and theft. Bond: $5,000.
- 1:16 a.m. Sunday - Sabrina Sue Farmer, 32, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $300.
- 3:07 a.m. Sunday - Wendy Kay Heeter, 35, of 3265 Ind. 25S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
- 3:29 a.m. Sunday - Robert Medina, 31, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for possessing a counterfeit government identification. Bond: $350.
- 4:39 a.m. Sunday - Fernando Ramos, 26, of 1314 St. Mary's Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated and reckless driving. Bond: $750.
