n 2:51 a.m. Sunday - Larry Kay Riner, 71, of 103 S. CR 950W, Etna Green, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $550.
n 3:10 a.m. Sunday - Brian J. Johnson, 26, Bayville, N.J., arrested for resisting/fleeing law enforcement, public indecency and public intoxication. Bond: $500.
n 3:57 a.m. Sunday - Kyle Francis Cowan, 22, of 727 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to chemical testing and public intoxication. Bond: $550.
n 5:41 p.m. Sunday - Jeffrey James Oswalt, 28, of 1731 W. CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.

n 5:42 p.m. Saturday - CR 450N, 300 feet west of CR 175E, Leesburg. Two-car collision. Drivers: Cristobal Noriega, 22, East CR 200N, Warsaw; Marion L. Lilly, 56, East CR 650N, Syracuse. Injuries: Noriega complained of leg pain; Lilly complained of general pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
