Bond: $500. • 2:15 p.m. Thursday – Mercedes Lynn Miller, 21, Macey, arrested for forgery and theft. Bond: $1,000. • 2:19 p.m. Thursday – Drew Justin Phares, 35, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,000. • 2:42 p.m. Thursday – James L. Metzger, 57, of 4778 E. CR 1200S, Claypool, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $550. • 4:04 p.m. Thursday – John D. Bakehorn Jr., 46, of 1682 S. Kingfisher Drive, Mentone, arrested for driving while suspended and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Personal Injury Accident • 3:06 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Meijer Drive and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: David M. Henry, 41, North CR 525W, Larwill; Kathleen G. Sands, 20, North CR 200E, Milford. Injuries: Sands complained of head pains and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Property Damage Accidents • 8:47 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Detroit Street and CR 300N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Heidi E. Busz, 28, Lake Street, Warsaw; Paul R. Walter, 67, Bristol. Damages: $750 to $1,000. WPD. • 10:10 a.m. Thursday – Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Rosendo Salazar, Elkhart, reported his vehicle was struck in a parking lotby an unattended vehicle belonging to Thomas Wogoman, Packerton Drive, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD. • 12:01 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Market and High streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Tracy L. Skipper, 45, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw; C.D. Lemler, 51, Market Street, Warsaw.
