Center St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for another Indiana agency. Bond: $1,000. • 6:06 p.m. Friday – Joshua Benjamin Moody, 29, of 5533 N. Warsaw-Oswego Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with prior. Bond: $300. • 6:17 a.m. Friday – Adam John Odell, 25, of 1821 Reider St., Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Property Damage Accidents • 5:11 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs East 900S and South 700E, Sidney. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Lauretta M. Schotz, 53, South Ind. 13, Warsaw; Jay A. Fetters, 65, North CR 500E, North Manchester. Injuries: Both drivers complained of back pain; Fetters was taken to Parkview Whitley Hospital by his family. Damages: $25,000 to $50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. • 6:23 p.m. Thursday – South Syracuse-Webster Road, 100 feet south of West Jackson Hole Road, Syracuse. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Mary J. Brannock, 52, East Fox Run Drive, Syracuse. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated. • 1:02 a.m. Friday – East CR 300N, 500 feet east of North CR 100E, Warsaw.
